After order confirmation, processing takes 1–3 business days (up to 5 during peak seasons). Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Transit begins after processing and is estimated at 3–5 business days for products shipping from US warehouses or 10–15 for products shipping from China warehouses; dispatch origin depends on the product. These are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays or peak demand may affect delivery.
Standard shipping within the United States is $6.99 per order. Free standard shipping applies only to orders over $150 (minimum $150.01).
Your order confirmation is not a shipping notice. Once the order ships, the shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number and link. You can also use our Track Order page. Tracking may not be available during processing. If you don’t see the shipping email, check spam or junk; for missing tracking or delays, contact support@evervesta.store with your order number or call 1-833-250-6640 (phone support available 24/7; email replies within 1–2 business days).

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email your order number and photos to support@evervesta.store within 14 days of delivery. You can also sign in to your customer account, open the order, and submit a request with a short note saying whether you'd prefer a refund or a same-product replacement. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, you receive a refund or a replacement shipment of the same product, not both.
